The two staff members Lisa at the front desk and John at the breakfast service need to be commended as they try to keep this house of cards from falling with the hurricane of problems. extreme lack of cleanliness, staff melt downs & arguments, lack of paper products in room, no power in the workout area, broken machines/ lack of food at breakfast area, lack of timely housekeeping ( exchanging dirty towels for clean at the front desk was our only solution)… then the hot water broke and the water was going to be shot off.
